Digital Rank Web retains the right to display non-confidential project portfolio showcases and retain pre-existing proprietary developer tooling, libraries, and frameworks.

In no event shall Digital Rank Web, its directors, or affiliates be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, services, or third-party integrations beyond the contractual amount paid for the specific service rendered.
